This all started after putting in my M.2 SSD which never had an issue on another brand of the Z170 chipset. If I wait 10 seconds or so after shut down, then turn my PC on, I don't get Q Code 00. That may be why I was getting Q Code 00, because my system fails to post when I restart or reboot too fast (shutting down and pressing power button within 2 seconds causes Q code 00), so that may be the issue and the solution!
